USKORO ISTICE ROK ZA AKREDITOVANJE ZA FINALNI TURNIR DEJVIS KUPA U MADRIDU

rok za akreditovanje medija za finalni turnir Svetske grupe Dejvis kupa 2019. koji se igra u Madridu od 18. do 24. novembra 2019. je 17. septembar 2019. godine

 

Predstavnici medija koji zele da se akredituju za predstojeci Dejvis kup u Madridu treba da posalju email na adresu: mediacredentials@daviscupfinals.com gde ce se predstaviti i napisati da su zainteresovani za akreditaciju.  Nakon toga media sluzba ITF-a i Kosmosa ce vam odgovoriti i poslati link putem kojeg cete moci da izvrsite akreditovanje 

 

Sada su dostupne informacije o službenom hotelu, prevozu. 

Takođe, navedeno je što je potrebno priložiti za razmatranje zahteva za akreditovanje, ukljucujuci i informacije vezano za TV kuce  koje nemaju pravo prenosa.

 

MEDIA HOTEL

MEDIA HOTEL:

Hotel Jardin Metropolitano 

Single room: 130 € + 10% IVA (breakfast included)

Double room: 140 € 10% IVA (breakfast included)

The number of rooms is limited. If you need a room at the official hotel, we recommend to you to book them as soon as possible. 

 

SHUTTLE SERVICE:

The organization will only be providing regular shuttles from the official media hotel to venue and back. 

From Monday 18th to Sunday 24th shuttles will be departing regularly from the hotel to venue from 9h to 12h and from 15h to 17h; and from venue to the hotel from 17h up to 2h after the end of the last match. From the 14th to 17th, shuttles will be departing every hour from 9h until 14h and from venue to hotel, every hour from 17h to 20h.

 

Important information:

The deadline is 17th September.

The request of an accreditation does not mean acceptance. All applicants will receive an email regarding the status of their accreditation.

Media Accreditation is processed by the Kosmos Tennis and ITF Communications teams in accordance with the National Associations' Press Officers.

Only official media representatives will be considered.

The application process must be completed by any writer, photographer or non-rights holder representative who wishes to cover the event.

Those considered for accreditation to the Davis Cup Madrid Finals 2019 are Daily Newspapers, Evening Newspapers, Sunday Newspapers, International Wire Service and News Agencies, Photo Agencies, Tennis/Sport Magazines, Tennis/Sport Internet sites and Radio and TV networks.

Applications from freelancers should be supported in writing by the Editor or Sports Editor of the publication or organisation interested in his/her coverage of the event.

Radio booths: information about radio booths included in the credential process.

Non-rights holder TV crews: All ENG crew members should follow this credential process and will be informed about restrictions. We remind you that the use of cameras and recording videos by TV crews that are not authorised to do so will lead to the withdrawal of their accreditation.

Only media holding a valid TV accreditation are allowed to film/record moving images.
